T-NICK FITNESS INTERMEDIATE H.I.I.T. PLAN
The concept of H.I.I.T. (HIGH INTERVAL INTENSITY TRAINING) is to perform a variety of exercises that will increase the heart rate and when at rest the heart rate decreases. This intermediate H.I.I.T. fitness plan includes exercises that can be performed at home, in your local gym or outdoors. It’s specifically catered to individuals that have some experience with H.I.I.T. and want to continue their hard work. There are many benefits to H.I.I.T. which include:

Choose a Lightweight/ Moderate/ Heavy Dumbbell, Kettlebell or Weighted Ball
Here’s how it works:
Each exercise performed has a certain time. Once that time is completed you have a rest period. Once the rest time is complete you immediately start the next exercise. When you have completed the given exercises that completes the round or set. Good Luck!
