THIS PARTICULAR PLAN IS LISTED FOR 4 WEEKS (1 MONTH) AND IS FILLED WITH WEIGHTLIFTING AND H.I.I.T. WORKOUTS. SUNDAY’S WILL BE FOR REST DAYS. WE HOPE YOU ENJOY!

THIS MEAL PLAN IS FOR INDIVIDUALS THAT HAVE WEIGHT LOSS GOALS. THIS MEAL PLAN IS 4-WEEKS LONG, MONDAY-FRIDAY AND IS FILLED WITH FOOD THAT HAS AN ADEQUATE AMOUNT OF NUTRITION WHICH INCLUDES DIFFERENT PROTEINS, FATS AND CARBOHYDRATES.
THE OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THIS MEAL PLAN IS TO CREATE HEALTHY EATING HABITS FAR BEYOND THIS MONTH BUT FOR A LIFETIME.
