T-NICK FITNESS EXERCISE PLAN
The purpose of this exxercise plan is to guide you in the direction of becoming stronger, muscular and healthier on a day to day basis for 4 weeks. For necessary muscle gain, some exercises are recommended to be performed while at your local gym or home gym. The setup is based on how T-Nick trains everyday. Sunday’s are rest days. Each day we split each workout between Upper, Back and Lower Body every other day and you are to perform H.I.I.T. between each weightlifting day for cardio.
